The ONLY candidate with the experience that MATTERS

  • I practiced as a high-level prosecutor in multiple counties, practice currently in multiple counties, and am in my 17th year practicing law.

  • In the 401st District Court, 61% of the cases filed have been criminal cases, and I am the ONLY candidate to have tried a felony jury trial in Collin County in the last 15+ years.

  • A prosecutor’s individual stats aren’t searchable in the way a defense attorney’s cases are because a prosecutor’s cases belong to the elected district attorney, but I have personally tried  more than 100 serious cases to a jury, including: murder, child murder, child abuse, rape, child sexual assault, domestic violence, drug possession, and gang violence.

  • I have trained lawyers and law enforcement locally and statewide in advanced trial skills.

  • I am the only candidate with legal management and administrative experience.

  • In addition to my personal trial work, I have managed tens of thousands of cases as a supervisor of other lawyers. During Covid, I supervised 20 attorneys responsible for  more than 10,500 cases across 7 courts.

  • I have managed a staff of administrative personnel and investigators, which included hiring and budget management.

  • I supervised an entire division at the DA’s office for almost 2 years dedicated only to protective orders (which are family law cases).

  • I was selected in 2023 as the defense attorney for the County’s first Adult Mental Health Court.

  • I am the only candidate to have practiced law as both a prosecutor and defense attorney.

  • I currently practice federal, criminal, family, and civil law.

The FACTS About Me
